EcoMystic Return & Refund Policy
At EcoMystic Market, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to both energetic and environmental integrity. Because our candles and melts are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or crystal placement are completely natural, and part of what makes every creation unique.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles, wax melts, or other personal energy tools. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us at Info@ecomysticmarket.com with your order number, a photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll gladly send a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
- Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).
- To minimize waste, we encourage reusing the original packaging whenever possible.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all approved returns.
- EcoMystic Candle Co cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once your order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- An order is canceled before it ships
- An item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
- An incorrect item was sent and a replacement isn’t available
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of handmade and energetic products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used candles or wax melts
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
