EcoMystic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each EcoMystic creation is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
During high-volume times (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take up to 12-14 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; any extended lead times will be noted in the product description.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally soon.

All orders are shipped via eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, using recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable components to stay aligned with our sustainability mission.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays or weather conditions.
EcoMystic cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check your delivery address and mailbox or porch area.
  2. Ask neighbors or building managers if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. If the package still can’t be located, contact your local post office first — they can often locate it quickly.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your order, email us at Info@ecomysticmarket.com and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that EcoMystic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We’ll review and offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order may ship together once all items are available. We’ll always note expected ship dates on product pages or order confirmations.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
EcoMystic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.


Sustainability Commitment

We pack every order using eco-friendly materials such as recycled and recyclable boxes and filling. Minimal plastic is used to reduce waste and environmental impact. Each shipment carries the same intentional energy as the products inside, crafted to bring harmony, not harm, to the planet.
